Welcome
My name is Stanley Nofsinger. Better Days is an organization started in 1989 to improve the quality of life for people with spinal cord injuries. We hope you will find information on this site useful.
DISABILIATING INJURIES HELPED
Since 1989, hundreds of spinal cord injured individuals have been actively involved and have experience significant improvements in (a) general health, (b) strength, coordination and balance, and (c) the ability to walk in some cases.
Research on the restoration and rejuvenation of the spinal cord has led to a coordinated exercise known as Better Days. Each exercise is specifically designed to retrain the brain after spinal cord injury.
The following approach is
only an alternative available to any individual willing to work long
hours to improve his/her general health and well being. This program has
never claimed to be a "cure" but rather an alternative to
muscle atrophy and depression.
